- Southeast Telephone Service can program the emergency phone to meet the manager's needs. Generally, our phones are programmed for two-way calling and may be enjoyed by residents. If vandalism and loitering are a concern, owners may want to further control phone traffic. Southeast can gladly program our phones to work as a pay phone or to allow for 9-1-1 calls only. We strive to meet our clients' individual needs and requests.
