Emergency Phone Service
  • Fire Control Panels
  • In an effort to simplify our customers' lives and provide the lowest rates for business telecommunication needs, Southeast Telephone Service covers all aspects of required service. Safety and security rely on good communication. Southeast is here to ensure both are upheld with our unmatched maintenance and quality service.

There are several emergency devices commonly found at business locations that require communication. Below are the devices for which Southeast provides service.
  • Emergency Communication Devices
  • Dedicated Telephone Service
State and county codes require two dedicated phone lines for fire panel monitoring. Separate long distance carriers will be loaded on each line for further safety.
    Alarm and Security Systems
Security monitoring for alarm panels requires phone service. A dedicated phone line with Southeast Telephone Service ensures open communication between the panel and monitoring company.
  • Elevator Phones
State and county codes require a dedicated phone line to all elevator phones for emergency monitoring. Southeast ensures dial tone to the phone so no client is ever without emergency coverage.
    Keyless Entry Systems
Dial tone to a keyless entry system allows for wireless access to program the system. Keypad entry systems also require phone service so that patrons may call in to a resident for access.
  • Water Meters
Many counties and cities are changing the way they monitor water use. With a modem and dial tone, water management departments can now view and record water use wirelessly.
  • Emergency Phone Service Features Include
  • 24/7 Service Maintenance and Repair
    Free Installation
    Dedicated, Analog Phone Service
    Long Distance
    Unlimited Calling
  • Analog Voice Service (POTS)
  • Southeast’s analog voice service (POTS) is the most common form of connection to the telephone network. Digital phone service is an exciting alternative but is many times unreliable and unsafe. In the event of a power failure, digital phone lines do not leave emergency devices powered and communicating. However, our analog phone lines will ensure your emergency equipment will remain working. VoIP lines do not communicate the physical address of a location like an analog phone line either. In the event of an emergency, dispatched 911 units will not be able to locate the nature of an event with digital phone service. Please keep this in mind.
  • Southeast’s Emergency Service rates include taxes, are flat with no hidden fees and are not promotional prices! Emergency Service is $47 a service per month.
